Return Policy

We provide an unconditional return policy on all furniture items purchased from our website www3in1online.com.au. After receiving the goods, if for any reason you are not satisfied, please return them in their original, unmarked condition with proof of purchase with 48 hours for a full refund of goods only (delivery charge not refunded). Unwanted items can be returned to the following address:

Pickups

You will be contacted as soon as possible once your order has been processed and your item is ready to be picked up. Items are available for pick up during business hours only

Shipping and handling

Delivery times and areas
Three in One delivers all around Australia. Unfortunately we are unable to ship overseas.  Once your item has been prepared for shipment and has left you will be notified through your nominated email

We ship throughout Australia and we ship orders of various sizes and fragility. To meet these requirements we use a variety of professional carriers. Your location and order size will impact on the time it takes us to get your order to you

What time of the day will my order be delivered?
Deliveries are normally made between 8am and 5pm.

Can I pick my order up?
Purchases can be picked up from our Werribee location, of course, at no charge

Signature on delivery 
All shipments contain valuable goods. Because of this, our carriers are contracted to produce a Proof of Delivery.  If you will not be at home to accept delivery you may wish to arrange delivery to a neighbour

What if I need to return my delivery?
If this occurs please contact us to organize the return of the item
